Initial Planning And Review
By engaging with the customer during the early stages of planning, we can provide budget values for the proposed scope, keeping the project design within the intended budget.Pricing
The pricing includes unit values and line items for all the financial pieces of the project. This affords the owner the ability to make educated adjustments to the scope, having a clear understanding of the implications.Contract
The contract is executed upon the final acceptance of the scope and pricing. This document encompasses all the project documents and provides a clear relationship between the owner and contractor.Project Schedule
We provide all of our customers with a comprehensive schedule of what to expect throughout the construction process. Within the schedule, there are highlighted dates which give the owner and architect the scheduled time for decisions.Permitting
We provide the services necessary to secure the building permits required in the town/city of the project location. This service also includes the scheduling and completion of all inspections required.Construction
The work is completed by skilled craftsmen, providing the industry’s highest quality. The assurance of a smooth construction process is the ongoing communication between the owner, contractor and design team.Site Meetings
The meetings are typically attended by the owner, contractor and design team. We meet with our customers regularly to allow for open communication regarding the progression of work.Progress Billing
The invoicing process for the project is directly connected to the project pricing. The billings are based on the percentage of work completed at the time of billing. This gives the owner and designer the detailed information necessary to certify invoice payments.Post-Construction
At the conclusion of the project, there are two components. First, final town/city inspections are completed. This provides the project with a “Certificate of Occupancy”, allowing the owner to occupy the premises. Second, any remaining project details are listed by the designer, owner andcontractor on a punch list. These details are addressed by the contractor within the scheduled time.
